As the retail landscape hums with newfound enlightenment to transform brick and mortar stores, iconic Japanese skin care brand SK-II is leading the category. Huge conceptualized, designed and launched all of the SK-II Future X smart stores and experiences in the region from last year. This is a journey of innovation with the consumer as each experience provided rich insights for the next. Different technologies were deployed by design to be hidden and contactless, This allowed the experience itself to be front and center in each meaningful engagement with the consumer.
