YouTube Works Awards Japan 2023 Awards Show

The "YouTube Works Awards" are advertising awards sponsored by Google.
The awards recognize video advertisements that have achieved high advertising effectiveness and led to business success through the use of YouTube.
The awards are held in countries around the world and are judged by marketers and creators representing the advertising industry and YouTube.



The "YouTube Works Awards Japan 2023," which will be held in Japan for the third time this year after being held for the first time in 2021, consists of a total of eight awards.

From the 49 finalists already announced, eight awards and the Grand Prix will be announced at Advertising Week Asia, and the companies will be honored.

Exploring the Reasons Why YouTube Connected TV Advertising Contributes to Advertisers' Business Growth with High Advertising ROI, from the Perspectives of Users and Advertisers.

Part 1: User Analysis Results (14:00 - 14:30)
As YouTube's viewership expands to connected TVs from primarily mobile devices, it has become evident that users' attitudes toward television devices have also shifted. In this part, we will quantitatively and qualitatively demonstrate the indispensability of YouTube viewing on connected TVs for users.

Part 2: Successful Case Studies of Advertisers Who Have Achieved Real Results (14:30 - 15:15)
We will present case studies of advertisers and advertising agencies who quickly recognized users' viewing behaviors and strategically used YouTube advertising on connected TVs to achieve tangible results. Planned case studies include Try Corporation (Try Group, Dentsu Digital), who successfully increased their marketing ROI as a private tutoring service, and Bridgestone Corporation (Hakuhodo, REVISIO), who focused on viewing quality and improved brand uplift.
