After joining Kao Corporation as a new graduate in 2015 and gaining experience in advertising and promotion work centered on digital media at the Digital Marketing Center, he was engaged in brand management work as a marketing specialist for cosmetics brands.
Since January 2021, he has taken on the role of promoting digitalization in the newly established DX department.

From 2020, he served as project leader of the U35 Project of the Digital Marketing Research Organization of the Japan Advertisers Association.
After completing his MBA at Hitotsubashi University Graduate School of Business Administration in 2021, he is currently enrolled in the doctoral program at Hitotsubashi University Graduate School of Business Administration, where he is engaged in research related to innovation management and MOT (Management of Technology).
