Joined Dentsu in 2000. Assigned to the Marketing Department of the Kansai Branch Office, he was engaged in a wide range of planning from marketing, media planning, and account planning to promotion and communication areas. In the CRM area in particular, he was in charge of pharmaceutical manufacturers, utilizing POS data from drug chains in all areas of the country, creating an analysis frame for each manufacturer and drugstore as an ASP system, creating a service menu, and managing experimental sales promotions based on this data, laying the foundation for the business. Since 2001, he has been working on digital and marketing projects for major distribution companies in Japan, and has promoted collaboration with consulting firms, IT vendors, and mega-platformers through his work on client assignments.
