After graduating from Keio University with a degree in economics, Sano joined SEEDATA, an in-house venture of Hakuhodo, as a planner and analyst. He was mainly engaged in sei-katsu-sha research, new business development, new product development, branding, and service design. While working, he conducted research on new brand development methods at Keio University's Graduate School of System Design Management and earned a master's degree (System Design Management). Currently, he moved from SEEDATA to Hakuhodo's Mirai Business Division as a business designer.
