Raised in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, Miki Oikawa was graduated from Tokyo Woman’s Christian University.
In her 30s, while raising her children, she became Area Manager of Saitama Prefecture.
She was then promoted to Head of Product Development Department in 2009,
Executive Officer in 2012, and Director in 2014.
She has experienced the entire value chain, including product development, sales and marketing,
and has been in her current position since January 2020.
(Currently also acting as Director of Total Beauty Business Division)
She leads Purpose Management and Diversity Management with the mission of creating a society where everyone can open up new possibilities.
In November 2022, she was awarded the Forbes JAPAN WOMEN AWARD in Individual Initiative category.
