After working for an automobile manufacturer, Shizuka joined Hakuhodo in 2004. She has worked in partnership with various clients including cosmetics, financial institutions, and beverages, and has been in her current position since April 2022. She is currently striving to achieve the Hakuhodo Group's sustainability goal of realizing a society where each and every people, or as they say, sei-katsu-sha (a term that expresses true flesh-and-blood individuals as opposed to faceless “consumers") can live their lives to the fullest in their own way.
