She joined the company in 2001. She has been involved in advertising for a wide range of industries, including cosmetics, schools, hotel chains, apparel, and financial services, and her taken the lead in operating in the digital field and supporting corporate marketing. She is a key member of "C-stationBiz," a business unit project with Kodansha that accelerates SDGs communication for companies and local governments through the power of content. As a member, she supports the creation of issues and actual running of SDGs-related themes. In addition, she have launched the "AgingGracefully" project to support women with Asahi Shimbun, Takarajimasha, and Asahi Advertising. As a project member, she is providing marketing support to face women's health issues and to provide services related to the company and its customers beyond. She launched "ASAKO WOMAN EMPOWERMENT," a project to voluntarily promote women's empowerment within the company from FY2023, with the aim of "enabling all women to be active, utilizing their individuality and abilities, without being conscious of their gender. She is expanding her activities with members who share the same values, with the hope of making the world a place where all women can make the most of their individuality and abilities without being conscious of gender, and where this is a very natural thing. She aim to build bridges between women, companies, and brands, and to promote women's empowerment. In her private life, she is a working mother with two children.
