Joined Meiji Yasuda in 1996 as a female nationwide career-track employee. She worked as Agency Manager at frontline business units in Osaka and Kobe as well as a staff of headquarters departments such as the Corporate Planning Department and the Profit Management & Actuarial Department. After serving as Group Manager of the Agency Department and the Branding Strategy Department, she was appointed as General Manager of the Diversity Management Office in April 2023.
