More than 15 years of experience in Marketing and Advertising, mainly focusing on media and creative management. Before joining Meta in 2020, Kanae built her career at a movie distribution company, media rep and a telecommunications company. She was one of the original members to launch the VR headset “Meta Quest 2” in Japan. Responsible for paid media for Reality Labs in Japan, she is in charge of full funnel strategy building to daily management. She also leads Japan bespoke media partnerships from planning to execution. She is in pursuit of the most efficient and impactful media approach for the market.
