In 2016, Accenture acquired IMJ, a digital agency, leading to my involvement with Accenture Song.
After joining Song, I provided support in various areas such as customer experience design, service design consulting (launching new businesses/OMO services), and digital transformation (including leading domestic cosmetics, telecommunications, power companies, consumer electronics).
At IMJ, I oversaw the digital marketing field utilizing Owned/Earned Media for leading domestic beverage manufacturers, foreign automotive manufacturers, and foreign entertainment companies.
